Access To Insider / Preview Forums

I have been trying to locate, get access to the insider forums since i joined the insider program on XB1 a month or so ago, and found an article saying to post here

I can't access the Preview forums

I've been a preview program/xbox insider member for over 2 years now and am opted in to the latest updates but I can not access the Preview forums to post or ask any questions. When I click on the Insider forum link in the "all about the xbox insider program"
page it redirects me to the front page of the regular forums. Please help.

Can't access Preview Forum

Hi, I've been inside the Xbox One preview program for a couple of weeks now and I still don't have access to the Preview forums. Is there something I have to do first before I get access even though I'm already enrolled in the preview program?

We aren't able to help out with Preview Program updates over on this side of the forums. Let's get you over to the

Xbox Insider Forums so that the right teams are made aware of your troubles. Let us know if you have any troubles accessing those forums

Hi Mister Maka,

This is an error with an Xbox System Update, not a preview program (whatever that is). As far as "Insider Forums" when I go to create a post there is no such insider forum in the drop down list.

If you are having issues with the Insider app we recommend posting in the
Insider forums.

When you are part of the preview program it is always bets to report issues through the bug report in the app or on their forums as we do not have access to the Insider info on any of the other support platforms.
