Access to certain features on Games unavailable after Suspension Period finished.

Ive Been a Gold Member for Xbox Live close to 8-9 years now and over that time, like alot of people growing up from a young teen to an adult, Ive done mistakes online engaging in banter and the odd abusive argument Which I know is against the Code of Conduct.

Well one night a month or so back, I was with a few friends and was having a laugh where we came into a mega laggy Call of Duty server. I mean the host was killing everyone yet we couldnt do anything and this pushed my buttons alittle.

So i sent a message which Myself and friends would see as banter, but thats our little group thing, But at the time i never thought about how others wouldnt see it as banter.

The person replied back saying he would leave.

Well the next day i woke up to a 7 day suspension which i went online and checked the enforcement site. Yes, 7 days communications ban.

I understand why.

But the i asked for them to review it which they did. They told me what I already knew.

Well then the 7 days were over and i tried joining an xbox party with my friends... MY kinect or Headphone Wouldnt work while people were in my party.

It seemed a little odd, so i checked the enforcement site again, My 7 day turned into a month. Im guessing a review made the enforcement team think i deserved a little more time. Fair enough, My "Banter" Message, which i now know is seen as abusive. was
rather insensitive and foul.

Well, My month ended a few weeks back and a few features have been restored and ive learnt my lession. But a few features that you wouldnt think would be blocked, are blocked.

On call of duty games, i no longer can access or edit my Clan tag, Emblem, Calling Card or paint job. (i can see that this counts as communication, but my ban is meant to be over)

But then on FIFA, I no longer have access to Pro Clubs/Drop In Matches. - this is wierd, i dont know why this is banned and ive tried for support help and they pointed me here.

I cant find away or alternative to try and contact the enforcement team so I feel like im in the dark about the situation.

The Detail of my suspension at this current time say:

But over the 7 day, and then the month, this was different.

Basically, Im begging the Enforcement team to give me a pass, i cant remember having any warning of other offences previous to this one, i believe this was my first.

Its just ive had this account and gamertag for close to 8-9 years and since digital download, all my money ive spent on games is set on this account. and to be banned or at least restricted of my day to day games, is alittle hard to bare...

Enforcement team, please shine some light on this situation for me please...

Question about suspension end date

Had a suspension end on June 15th, but I am still unable to send messages or access certain multiplayer features in games. If there is still an active suspension wouldn't it show up on the enforcement site?

Have you tried removing the account from the console and then re-downloading it?
