I don't know the age limit for asian countries but I suggest you to follow this article to set up your Microsoft account with a parent account linked to yours:

This article is from Minecraft documentation but it refers to Microsoft account privacy settings so it is valid for all games.

Thanks once again @pasqualeeno. But the problem still persists with Microsoft Edge. I am writing you from Asia and what age should I use then to join clubs?

Check your Microsoft account privacy settings here: https://account.xbox.com/settings

under the tab Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety.

Be sure the options You can create and join clubs and You can join multiplayer games are allowed.

I suggest you to connect using a different browser like Microsoft Edge.

If the issue persists, maybe yours is a child account and you can't change privacy settings. Child accounts are considered all accounts under the age of 16 for the US & EU, 19 for South Korea. If there isn't an adult account associated with the child account, the adult will have to make a Microsoft account & associate the already created child account with it. Only parent accounts can change settings.
