    Preordered FIFA 17 on the 6th of September and never received my free month of EA access!

    Preordered fifa 17 on september 6th and never got my free month of EA access. Spoke on the help chat line and was told to come here!

    Live does not work even though I can see in settings that everything is ok.

    I've purchased Live today but I don't get access when playing Fifa 17. What could be wrong?
