    Sorry to hear you are having issues but can you explain a little more? What happens when you try and what do you mean by 7 games? Like you can only have 7 games on your console or pc?

    Do you also get any error codes/messages?

    Hi,

    If you talk about the fact you need more space on the hard drive to be able to put more than 7 games, its maybe because games are more bigger than in the past so i suggest you to put an external hard drive on your Xbox or pc...

    Due to the size of the games you have installed will depend on how many can be stored on the xbox's HDD (Hard Disk Drive) it would be recommended you purchase xbox external HDD which will allow you to install your games externally instead of internally leaving
    more space available for big update files and games alike.
