    Hi, For the last week through the Ipad XBOX app I cannot access my friends. I can see their status but when i select them I get an access to feature blocked message and advised to check my privacy settings online. I did and nothing has changed or is wrong,
    then today I got another message saying that I am suspended from viewing friends profiles. I cannot for the life of me think why. Please help me resolve this. All is ok through my One S & One X and also through the windows 10 app on my laptop. Its driving
    me crazy.

    Xbox app problem

    I keep getting the message “Access to feature blocked you are unable to access this feature because of how your account is set up. You can change this by modifying your privacy settings on Xbox.com” when I try to use the Xbox app on my iPhone.
    The app works fine on my iPad and everything seems in order when I log onto my Xbox account using my Laptop?

    How to use interactive features with smart glass and HBO go?

    Can anyone tell me how to use the interactive features while watching game of thrones? I have the HBO go app and smart glass installed on my ipad but I can't figure out how to access the features on my ipad.

    There is no option, sadly. It's annoying that they've blocked access to the Console Companion app when the Xbox app is still missing a bunch of features, this being one example.

    Hopefully only 24 hours. I got the same issue. I had changed my game pic and had one up of my face and only showing my wifes arm. I am wondering if thats how I got dinged. Stupid. So I changed it back to avatar and I was planning to put a different pic up.

    According to the
    Xbox Live Enforcement     website, those bans are typically 24 hours long. If that ban lasts longer, post back and let us know so we can take another look. :)
    Hopefully only 24 hours. I got the same issue. I had changed my game pic and had one up of my face and only showing my wifes arm. I am wondering if thats how I got dinged. Stupid. So I changed it back to avatar and I was planning to put a different pic up.
