Access issues on Game Pass PC?

sorry to hear. (But as you say it is beata and so at the moment there are issues because MS also working on the XBOX Network.)

If the Login doesnot work propper and you are connected per wireless it could help to connect via RJ45 cable. Also trying to choose to install the game via the Store app is a good Workaround for some.

In addition to the above, just confirm that you definitely purchased Game Pass Ultimate (which gives access to GP on both platforms) and not Game Pass for PC (which just gives PC access)

If you only have standard Game Pass, not Game Pass Ultimate, then you'd only be able to access Game Pass games that are available on the console. A few of those games are Play Anywhere and you may be able to access them on PC, but you'd need Game Pass Ultimate if you want both Game Pass for console and PC Game Pass or to use cloud gaming.

Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold, Game Pass for Console, and Game Pass for PC. As long as you're signed into the same account on both the PC and Xbox, you would have Game Pass on both.
