Access For Auction house and downloadable content

I Play fh3 through the pc using a microsoft account and i cant find out anywhere to enable my account to access these features in game. Please help me as i am feeling like im not getting the full potential of this games online then i should be getting

i cant access the auction house,gift cars or buy vinyl designs on forza 4 due to my parental controls!

i have forza 4 and where i am under 18 i have parental controls. I cant access the auction house, accept gifts or buy vinyl designs because i have a message come up saying that i cant access this because of my parental controls. I would like to know how
i can change my parental controls so i can access the auction house etc, without making a new profile and loosing all my content on the game and starting all over again?

Can't access anything except for actual online races. No storefront, auction house or anything.

 

you have to play though game for a little for it to unlock

 

with our version we're up to 18,000,000 fans and have had it for ages (damage turnd off too)...does this affect my advancement in the game towards unlocking this step?

 

we have the same issue. loads of fans, have played it a lot (over 100 hours?) and still have not unlocked this and cannot access auction house etc. any answers would help
