    How can I access the acct I used to set up my child's acct. I need to amend some settings for a game he is on amd it won't let me. Also it won't let me add him to a family group as he is already in a family grp! I am clueless. He doesn't want to lose his progress

    Hi Zyke, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    You need to at least remember the Microsoft account that you have used as the organizer, once you have the email address simply sign in to https://account.live.com/password/reset.

    Also, you can try to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family under your child's account to check if you have an option to "remove yourself from family group".
