Access Denied on PC Gamepass games

Whenever I try to open a game a pop up that says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." and the title of the pop up is "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\SportsInteractive.FootballManager2023_0.9.217.0_x64__5w3tn6tb6stnm\GameLauncherHelper.exe"

The title changes whenever I try to open a different game, however the pop up says the same thing. This is a new problem for me I have never had this happend I believe I played a game from gamepass on my pc like a week ago. I don't what happend that cause this problem.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the xbox app.

I have checked for windows updates and updated.

I have updated all my apps in the windows store

I am quite literally out of ideas of what to do. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate any suggestions at this point.

May I know if you tried to reinstall Gaming Services using powershell command?

Press Windows key + X and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

Type or copy / past the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Restart the PC and Open the Xbox application.

A blue notification with the following message is going to appear at the bottom:
"This app needs an extra component. Gaming Services is needed for playing some games. Administrator approval required. Install"

Select Install to reinstall Gaming Services, once installed check again

If the issue persist please try this:

A. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart the PC and try again

B. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

their is four tiers.

Gold (console online only)

Gamepass (does not include online just access to gamepass games)

Gamepass PC (for PC gamepass games only)

Ultimate Gamepass (Includes Gold, Gamepass for console and Gamepass for PC and Xcloud)

gamepass pc has a completely different catalogue of games and ea access is not part of the gamepass pc side yet (ea access is on console only)

in the gamepass pc version there are some xbox one games which are play anywhere titles (not many).

Ultimate also works on pc

You just get the pc libraries and the cloud play

Gamepass for console.has xbox games

Gamepass for.pc.has pc.only games

Gamepass ultimate has.both and cloud play

You can't access console.games on pc unless cloud

Same.with console.can't access pc games part of ultimate
