The problem is solved automatically

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

The issue remains.

I tried also to do a multiplayer and NAT test.

The first test gives me this answer: there is probably a problem with your network

(0x0000000000000000);

The Nat Test, instead, results LIMITED at the moment.

However,i can’t understand how this network problem came out, since I played in multiplayer yesterday.

In fact, there were no problems.
