Bonjour,

Depuis une semaine, je ne peux plus accéder aucune "fiche jeu" sur le store. Je sais me connecter au store normalement, je sais jouer en live mais lorsque je sélectionne un jeu sur le store, je n'accède pas la page du jeu. J'ai juste "le cercle d'attente"
qui mouline l'infini. Impossible donc d'acheter un jeu mais encore plus embêtant, je ne peux même pas bénéficier des jeux auxquelles j'ai droit en tant que membre Gold mais auussi Game Pass et EA Access. Donc en gros, je paie les services sans pouvoir en
bénéficier.

We do have a wizard/guide that can help you with issues like the aforementioned loading screen here on our support site under

"I need help with system updates on my Xbox One".

If you haven't already, I'd suggest following that guide to get past this issue.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to get your games to install and run as originally intended. I could totally see how this could throw anyone for a loop.

If you haven't I recommend first restoring your
network settings to factory defaults, then reconnect your network.

If that doesn't help, I then suggest
reinstalling latest Xbox 360 update if you haven't already.

When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped.

Select Storage or Memory.
