Discus and support accepting terms of use in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am no able to update and download apps on my Nokia Lumia 920.     I am no able to update and download apps on my Nokia Lumia 920. I have accepted the terms of use on both Microsoft and Xbox but it still won't let me update my apps. I have been to the ATT store to get help and they had no idea what was happening. Please
    help me!! accepting terms of use :(

    My parents divorced and I don't know my dads password, and my mom doesn't either. We cant contact him, so I can't accept terms of use. What should I do?

    Hey there Orzagh, you have a couple of option, and after that there's nothing we can do! Option one is trying to remember the information to verify your account which you can do here: Reset your password

    account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx

    --

    And the second is contacting Xbox:
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    --

    If you fail to do both, unfortunately there's nothing for us to help you with here on the forums, once the password has been forgotten, so is the e-mail!

    G'day anchor. Just to clarify, what happens when you try to download apps now that you've accepted the ToU on your phone? What error message appears? And for extra measure, have you accepted the ToU at xbox.com?

    Ok. From a PC or laptop, log in at xbox.com and and windowsphone.com to accept the Terms of Use at both locations. Then try accessing the store from your phone again.

    It wasn't a child account never was associated with a another account it was set up as adult account from the biggining .

    He have called the xbox support and got a case number !!

    Hi Samspaniel286. When you say you're trying to download apps etc, what kind of device are you using? Windows 8? RT? Let us know, and we can go from there.

    You may need to call support 1-800-4MY-XBOX on this one. You obviously have the correct password as you can login on xbox.com. Hope you can get it worked out.
