Accepting terms and conditions problems...

1. Dear, Xbox. I am not amused at your customer service and I have been very patient with you all. I have been on live chat before, tweeted to Xbox Support and also been on phone for support twice, I am not happy with the end result. My xbox live account
   cannot be accessed to play games due to new terms and conditions that I cannot accept thanks to an old parental account, don't remember the password and ymail deleted it's recovery email due to inactivity of some corporate ploy to get more money. I paid the
   50p they said I could pay to change my account to adult In hope that it'd work but alas it didn't. So I left it till 3 months later and here we are still can't access it, phone up follow everything and I thought that I'd get my account back, but I get an email
   telling me to make a new account, em, no. I've spent real money on this account and many other microsoft services I think I deserve for someone to at least accept the terms and conditions on my behalf. I am turning the age of maturity in my country (UK) soon
   and I hope my account will be auto upgraded to adult so I can accept these conditions, if not, I don't think I'm ever touching a microsoft product again.
   
   Is there any way this can be resolved, I just want my account back.

I have a parental blocker on my account however i don't remember the email address for the parent email, i looked into how to find it and it said go to online settings to find out the email address, however it just loops me back onto the terms and conditions
page which i cannot accept because i dont remember the email address... Can somebody please give me a solution to this problem???
