accepting/declining xbox club invitation issues.

So, I am having issues with the Clubs aspect of xbox. It does NOT matter what club I am trying to accept/decline an invitation from but it will give me the error saying that I have reach my Cub maximum limit and need to leave a club before joining a new
one. I currently am apart of three clubs, But I still get the same error with being apart of 0 clubs. Also I have 2 xboxs on my network. I get the same error on both xboxs, and on my wifes account as well. If I request to join a club it will let me. but once
I get an invitation I cannot decline nor accept. If I decline, and refresh the page it still says I have an invite. If I accept it tells me "I have reached club limit, to join a new club you need to leave a club first" This has been going on for over a year.
I called xbox support and they had me do some xbox, profile, and network resets, none of which solved the issue. Could someone please help me with this problem.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums today! I'm sorry to hear about this current issue with the Clubs. I was able to get with our team lead in regards to this issue you're currently experiencing. This is currently a known issue a few customers are
experiencing with clubs. For this we are gathering certain information so it can get worked upon internally by our engineers.

Now, the thing is this information we need we can't gather it here on the forums as it requires some personal information which we usually have to remove if you guys post it here. You will have to get back on the line with our support agents so they can
create a case in regards to this and gather the necessary information for us to resolve this for you. We've already sent out a notice to all our agents in regards to what information they should gather from our customers experiencing this.

I do apologize about the hassle in regards to this, but rest assure we're working on getting this resolved.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Yes, I have tried joining on the xbox app from my windows pc. as well as from the xbox app on my galaxy phone. the xbox app on my phone however gives a different error. it simply says, "Something went wrong".

Have you tried joining via the phone app or desktop? I know sometimes a work around would be trying these other options.

Alright I got ahold of them, and gave them the information they needed, hopefully they can figure out this issue.
