Accepted the $1 Microsoft month gold fo Xbox but still unable to play the game.

Try checking your profile in your MS account, then going to your transaction list, there should appear your purchase, and then, hard reset your console by pressing the on/off button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off. Then unplug from the
power, whait a pair of minutes and connecting again.

That should make your console update the state of your account. If that does not work, delete your account (only your account) and download your profile again. Then, if that does not work either, contact MS support.

Also, if your purchase does not appear in your transaction list, contact MS support. Don´t issue a case in your bank, because MS could and will ban you permanently.

So you brought a offer for gold for $1 but its asking you for a gold membership when your try too play online correct?

Few things

Are you sure it was gold you purachsed and not gamepass?

Make sure the transaction is showing on your account and that your gold is active

If it shows has active put still isnt working

On your console head too settings account remove account and then remove the account. ( make sure you know your email and password before doing this)

Then hold the power button on the console till shut down unplug the power for 2 to 3 mins then restart and sign back in. You should now be good too go

As Smwutches has said you need either a 1 month, 3 months or 1 year gold subscription to play multiplayer games online. So without this you will be unable to play online.
