    Accepted into preview program but no message to download the app


    Could somebody please help. I have been invited to preview program so many times. It's been almost two and a half months but I still have not got a message. I have called support so many times and they have told me I have been accepted in to the program.
    My friends all recieved the message in about an hour and they got invited the same time I did. I know I don't have any bans on my account or any things that would not let me in. i have been trying to be patient and wait for the message but I really would just
    like it as soon as possible. I honestly feel like I should have had it by now. I really starting to get agitated with it all I have been spending every night the last few days to try to get help. Also I know not getting another invite to preview will help
    I have tried many times. All I am asking for is someway to get a direct message to preview. This is by far the most frustrating thing I have been trying to do in Xbox. I just want the preview program now so please help I am beggig you.

    Xbox Live Preview Program Deleted Message

    I was accepted into the preview program last month, but I was unable to download the app. The message has now disappeared.

    Never got a message to download the app

    I was invited and accepted into the preview program but I never recieved the message to download the dashboard app. Could someone please resend it? Thanks.

    Support are nothing to do with the preview program so wont know if you've been accepted or not.

    Being invited does not guarantee being accepted.Just because your friends got in does not mean you will either.

    The preview is nearly at full capacity now so they are not accepting many more people.

    All you can do is wait,if you get in you'll get a message over xbox live,if not then you won't hear anything.

    Preview program app and forum access

    Hi there,

    there is no link to download the preview app, the Xbox 360 preview program does not have an invitation option and does not require a preview app download.

    If you mean the Xbox One preview then please post in the Xbox One forum section, but be aware that an invitation (which can be done by friends in the preview) will not guarantee you will be accepted to the program. Once accepted you will receive a Xbox Live
    Message with a code to download the preview app there is no external link.

    Sorry but phone support has no access to preview program information. That is another section of the xbox service and as such any issues arising from the preview program are to be addressed internally via the preview forums.

    This means that phone support cannot determine whether or not you have actually been accepted into the program.

    If you have not received a welcome message to your Live messages with a link to download the preview app then you have not yet been accepted into the preview program.

    As I mentioned earlier, please be patient and keep an eye on your Live messages for more information.

    Being invited doesn't guarantee entry into the program, as you have to accepted into the preview program by Microsoft. Think of your invite from a friend as a nomination. Nothing to do but wait, you may or may not receive the acceptance message that will
    allow you to download the Preview Dashboard app.

    Last I heard, the preview program was nearly at capacity, so Microsoft had slowed their acceptance rate into the program greatly. It may be quite awhile before you're accepted, as there are likely a great many people in line for consideration.

    Hello

    An invite to the preview program never guaranteed you would be accepted, if you were accepted you should of gotten a message from Xbox live on your console saying you are able to download the Preview Program App.

    Unfortunately if you haven't been accepted there is little to no chance to get in now as they have dramatically decreased the acceptance rate of people and there is still a huge waiting list
