    Accept Service Agreement from PC, Still no XBOX


    Signing in to XBOX 360. Says parent must accept service agreement. I, the parent, go online with the PC and accept the services agreement. On XBOX 360 I, the parent, still get the message "Your parent must accept the Services Agreement for this account.".

    This is a very amateurish setup. What can I go to get past this? Any help is always appreciated.

    accepting new licence agreement

    I am having a problem where I log in and it prompts me to accept the Microsoft Services Agreement. After accepting it, it sends me to a page requesting that my parent signs in and does so. After my parent signs in, it sends me back to the Microsoft Services
    Agreement page but it is still logged in as me. If i click accept, it restarts the loop, again.

    preview program can't find program agreement

    Was accepted for the preview program and when I called xbox support the told me i needed to accept the program agreement but I have no notifications about this agreement and don't no where to find the agreement in order to accept it..

    Can anybody help me with this?

    Dear Mr Hammond. Sorry about the problem. Even though technology is our best friend it can still be a cruel mistress. Seeing the time that you posted this it may be a connection issue or we may need to update on our end. Please allow 24 to 48 hours the agreement
    to be updated. If the problem hasn't been fixed by now then please feel free to message me

    Still cannot get in. I accepted the services agreement, but XBOX live says I must accept the services agreement. I'll be glad to accept it as many times as I need to so my son can use XBOX live that we're paying for but he cannot use.

    Also, how do i go about getting a credit for unavailability?

    Xbox live connection issue

    Might not be the solution to everyone's issue here (if its not resolved yet) but make sure you guys all accept the new terms of service agreement that should pop up when you log into www.xbox.com as well as on your dashboard. I was online via Xbox a few
    hrs ago and though I did not get disconnected from live (possibly cause I accepted on the website first) I did loose connection to all in game server related feeds. So I turned my console off right then and back on and was awarded with a terms of service
    agreement on my dashboard.. After accepting and loading back into the game all feed services were online again.

    1.5. What age do I have to be to use the Services? By using the Services, you represent that you have reached the age of “majority” where you live and agree to be bound by this Agreement or you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor that has an account
    associated with yours and you are accepting this Agreement on their behalf. A Microsoft account is necessary to use the Services. You may need to accept other terms of use and provide additional information in order to use your Microsoft account with other
    Microsoft services.

    To me, the above suggests that if I am accepting on behalf of a minor (which I am) then I should be doing it from my parental account...
