    I accedentally payed for two 3 months subscriptions for xbox gold but i only ment to pay for one 3 month. is there anyway do deleate one of the 3 month subscriptions so i only pay for one subscription.

    Just to add, if it is your account try the steps on this link to try and regain access to your account and prevent the user to get access again:

    www.xbox.com/.../What-To-Do

    And if you can't regain access you will need to contact Xbox Support like Daft Badger mentions

    Hello jtmcadams,

    I'm sorry to say that I don't recognize that particular error code, but I do have a suggestion for how you can push the Microsoft update. It sounds like there's something interfering with your connection to the network if it's happening on multiple consoles.
    If you follow the "I need help with System Updates on my Xbox One" solution, select "I need to update my xbox one offline".
    Note you will need two things to push an update offline:

    • A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port.
    • A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS.

    You can also use the Contact Us page and request a call back through the virtual assistant. This will get you ahold of Microsoft support agents you
    can look into your particular issue better. Please note that the older forum was locked for "bumping", you can read about the
    community guidelines on the forums here.
