Acc alias name change by Microsoft

Microsoft made me change my xbox 360 acc name from [Mod Removed - Personal Information] to [Mod Removed - Personal Information]

I had gold and after downloading the profile with the new mail address I don't have gold any more please thought I still have gold in the old acc

Email Change/transfer

You can change your email by creating an alias on your account.

This will allow you to add another email.

Hello everybody, i want know how to link my mail. i created my xbox live account with (@live.com) for change with @outlook.es for delete the old mail account.

I saw in help of microsoft for xbox. it say, for the change of account should go to account security for add an new "alias" or mail for acces, but i can't add the other account. @outlook.es.

 

Are you sure you didn't accidentally create a new account instead of changing the email associated with it? Try logging in with your old email address and see if it works.

 

I signed in after a long time of not being on live and lost my profile so i went to download it and when i did it downloaded a profile that is not my acc name let alone it has 0 gamer points!! WTF do i do?

if cannot be fixed il be switching to Sony psn network and buying a playstation

 

If you know the email/password of the profile you had and entered it in there is a possibility that you may have created a new gamertag overtop the exisiting one. Please follow the steps at the link below to change the email address associated with the
gamertag.

hi i have a similar problem i have two accounts connected to the same email this one which i accidentally created while trying to get my old one (QuotedLeaf37) transferred to Xbox one and i cant seem to get in to my old microsoft account or change its password
what should i do.
