    AC4 won't load : 'Make sure your subscription is active.'


    Okay so after searching the internet for a few days i found no answers to this so I've decided to ask the community.

    When ever i try to play a downloaded version of assassin's creed black flag (downloaded as a games with gold game) i get a message saying 'just getting your game ready', as if it had just finished downloading, followed by a message that says 'Make sure your
    subscription is active.' The game then does not load.

    I have found no solution to this as i have:

    -Checked my Xbox subscription, which does not expire for a year.

    -Restarted my Xbox by disconnecting the power.

    -And also reinstalled the game.

    Tbh, i'm thinking it was probably a problem with the latest Xbox update since i could play the game when i had it installed previously a couple of months ago. So i'm hoping that someone who has found a fix or if Xbox make fix. However, i would appreciate
    all help.

    i activated my 1month gold that i got with the xbox i bought. But it says that i dont have subscription to live. "Make sure your subscription is active". Xbox.com says that i have active subscription - but i still cant play in Live.

    My last 14days period worked fine.

    How should i fix it?

    Phone/Chat support     to take a look into your subscription to see why it isn't active for you.

    hm could this perhaps be an issue with the game itself, on MS server side? another person has just posted the same thing was happening to them. the newest updates have been causing all sort of problems, so i'm going to guess it's that. hopefully someone
    official can look into this because most likely no amount of resetting or reinstalling would make a different if it's the update. you'd just have to wait for MS to fix it.

    You could have accidentally hidden it. Make sure your subscription is active, then search the store for AC4. Hope this helps!

    Hi

    If your friends list won't load you may just want to try power cycling the console and check to make sure your subscription is still active. Having a ban or suspension wouldn't prevent you from seeing that list.
