    AC4 - Can't login to Uplay


    Hello,

    I have a problem with login in to Uplay to play the Multiplayer or the Singleplayer Missions, it only says that they can't reach the Servers, but I can login in the Uplay App. Does someone else have this problem or is it just me? Any solutions?

    sign into Uplay account issue..

    I've been having the same problem, can login on the Uplay app but can't log in through AC4. Contacted Ubisoft and they said to contact Xbox.

    SC Spider Bot Unlocks?

    1) sync the app with uplay

    2)purchase the gear

    3) login to uplay in blacklist then logout of uplay in blacklist

    4)????

    Hi Sonbart,

    I have no problem logging into my Uplay account.

    Can you try to log in from your PC and not the xbox? Go here:
    secure.ubi.com/.../Login.aspx

    If you can, then please check your network settings on your Xbox One, run the 3 tests on the right column and make sure the NAT says open.

    I can login on the PC, no problems there. My Networksettings on the One are fine and my NAT is open.

    But I can't login on the One.
