AC3 Remastered game patches don't show up for download

Yeah, common mistake to make, but the version number given in that page is not the same as the patch info that developers tend to give. My version shows same version, and is completely up to date. So you HAVE received updates, that's why none are
showing.

Except my game is running with pre-patch graphics and a major lighting glitch that was specifically called out and fixed in the patch notes. I've checked comparison screenshots and searched Ubisoft user forums, and the exact glitch I experienced was detailed
by users back before patch 1.0.3 was released. I've just reached Sequence 6 and the game is unplayable as-is, because all I can see is a blank white screen.

I bought this as a standalone from the Microsoft store in June, not with Odyssey's season pass or on a physical disc. I already finished ACL in the bundle without problem, so I guess my one recourse is seeing if either Microsoft or Ubisoft will offer me
a partial refund.

with the game downloaded onto your console, go in my games and apps, highlight AC3 click on the enter button (the one with the 3 lines) and then click manage game and add-ons and leave that to load up and populate, on the left hand side scroll through and
see if it shows any updates or add-ons in any of those sections

It helps you by (a) confirming you have the most up to date version if the game, (b)thus you can now return to Ubisoft fore-armed with the knowledge.that you have the latest patch, which (c) since.it appears I don't have same issues as described, tell you
that their patch isn't effective in every instance...

It also means.you can be more specific in the details.you provide them with, in any effort to fix the issue. Because before, they were palming you off to Microsoft, since the issue appeared to be that they weren't delivering the latest patch. Now though,
they have to look at the fact you do have most recent patch, and no longer should be robbing you off to Microsoft.

Incidently I am running on an Xbox one x, not sure of you stated your console version.

I know it's frustrating, I've had similar issues.with "patched" games, and sorry I can't offer any other steps that you haven't already tried before even coming to the forums

Ubisoft Support told me to come here, because they claim there's nothing they can do. I wish this forum was staffed by actual Xbox employees who could provide insight on the backend/server side or actually help me in a direct way. You at least managed
to read my entire post and not suggest something I wrote about having already done, but how does it help me to know that your version of the game is working fine? My only choice for talking to an actual expert is calling a phone line that's only available
during my work hours. Really frustrating waste of money.
