AC3 corrupted file

So, i bought the ac3 and when i downloaded it, the game wasn't in the "my game" section, then i checked the storage and it showed me that the file is corrupted! i deleted it and re downloaded but the same problem appeared... What should i do?

contacted customer service..had 1 corrupted file....deleted it...cleared cache...deleted profile only....restarted console...downloaded profile again....then everything worked

to find the corrupted file...go to settings hard drive and look for each possible file...the corrupted file has a warning sign.
clearing cache - hard drive...press Y - did that 3 times

I have the same problem too. I bought the assasin's creed 3 that was on sale and when it download to 80% xbox said that Cant download ac3, and in storage shows that my game is corrupted, what should i do? I tryed to re install, clean my cashe but it doesn't
work. Please helpi paid for it 7.49

 

Download stopping at 80% can sometimes be a DRM thing, I've had it happen when I've tried to buy games here in Ireland with my UK Xbox Live account. Is your Xbox Live account country the same as the country you're living in?

 

No, so that can be a problem? Because i'm at Lithuania but my acount registered on UK.

 

Yes, I'd guess that's the problem. Same thing has happened to me before, some games download fine from other countries, some don't.

You could try changing your Xbox network settings to use a UK VPN server (using connection sharing from a PC) or a UK DNS server, so it looks like your Xbox is located in the UK. I did that once before, but it can be a bit complicated, and you may have to
pay a small fee to access a reliable server.

It might be easiest just to ask Microsoft for a refund :/
