AC Valhalla preorder bonus quest codes

Hi everyone!

I have two problems:

1. I preordered two AC Valhalla Gold Editions from my local retailer (one for me and one as a gift for my sister). However, I only got one code for the Berserker bonus quest. Since the code is usable only once, only one of us gets to actually have the preorder
bonus quest. I asked the retailer for another code, but they said they ran out of them, and apparently there's nothing they can do about it. Is there anything I can do about this?

2. The one code I got, we tried to activate. Activation was successfully done on launch day, and ubisoft website stated that I would receive an e-mail containing another code with which I could download the bonus content from Xbox store. I never got such
an e-mail. It's now been a week. I tried contacting ubisoft support but my feedback doesn't go through. Anyone else having this problem?

It's a little thing this bonus quest, but by principle I would like to actually get what I paid for. Any advice is welcome.
