    Hey guys!

    i just bought the discs from these two games and their updates get stuck.

    First of all, both game discs install perfectly and can be played offline on my xbox one. However, if I try to play them connected to the Internet they ask for the update.

    Both updates start and stop in seconds. The code I get is 0x80070032.

    Then I insist and it starts downloading anyway. After a certain point, they stop exactly at 16% (AC Unity) and 23% (Need for Speed Rivals). The code I get is 0x80070570.

    I've deleted everything and installed them on and offline 5 times already, and the same thing happens and they stop at that exact percentages.

    What I have tried so far:

    - Updating the system

    - Holding the power button for 10 seconds and unplugging my xbox

    - Removing my account

    - Deleting persistent storage

    - Tried downloading the updates by cable and wi-fi



    Facts about my Xbox:

    - My just dance 2014 and 2015 discs work perfectly online

    - My digital downloads work perfectly

    - Movie DVDs work perfectly

    - My apps are working

    - My NAT status is open



    Please help me figure this out, I'm so frustrated.

    multiple games not starting

    Problems started with Assassin's Creed Unity not starting. The error is 0x80070570. I unplugged and restarted console several times and uninstalled game but now ACU will not install. I tried three different ways to clear cache and issues still persist.

    We tried to play GTA but it will also not load. Error code for GTA game is 0x570. Also tried to install a free Xbox Gold game but got error code 0x80070570.

    We are able to play Knight Squad for some odd reason.
