AC:origins Punchcard not complete?

Discus and support AC:origins Punchcard not complete? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I did not preorder, I clicked the buy through the punchcard page, (Oct 30) and it's still not showing up as punched.     Pre order punchcard rewards

    Hello

    I pre ordered 3 games digitally to get the punchcard reward:

    AC: origins

    Call of duty WW2

    and star wars battlefront 2

    but It says that I only pre ordered AC and battlefront 2 and I’m pretty sure I pre ordered call of duty before release.

    Is there any way to fix it ?

    Hi,

    I have pre-ordered assassins creed origins deluxe edition and it does not seem to have tracked on the punchcard. I have ordered 3 of the games from the list and the punchcard is only on 2.

    Agents of Mayhem. This punchcard ran from July 1 to September 30. Since you only had two of the three punches, you did not complete the offer. To complete the current punchcard, you'll need to purchase 2 more qualifying titles.

    We do not remove punches from your punchcard. That is a completely valid punch, and a third punch from another pre-order will complete the punchcard.

    This punchcard requires the purchases be $4 or more, so the purchase you are describing would not count towards the completion of the punchcard.
