Ac Odyssey missing dlc error

Having issue with missing dlc content when I play offline. I do not have internet currently, and will take my console to work for updates. Did so to purchase both dlc's. I played through the first chapter
of the first blade at home offline. The next day I get the missing dlc content, but my harddrive space tells me its still there. Take
to work, update the game and test it, works fine. Bring console home and get the same missing dlc error. What am I missing and how do I fix this. I am too far to start over as my character
is level 99.

Still not working, I switched to offline at work and everything was fine. Bring back home and same error. Seems to be when the system looses power it prompts this error, but that is my guess

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue with DLC. We recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall the DLC. When doing this make sure you access the game online first. This will save your data to the cloud. Once you reinstall the DLC then
launch the game so your data syncs. Then go to network settings and select go offline. If by chance you are sharing the DLC from someone, you will need to be online to play it.

That would be great. In the meantime, you can try and use your mobile hotspot so you can access the DLC since you've mentioned that it's working while connected to the internet.
