    Currently without internet so I had to download the dlc somewhere else. It was working fine while offline yesterday but today when I try to start I get an alert saying I'm missing downloaded dlc

    That would be great. In the meantime, you can try and use your mobile hotspot so you can access the DLC since you've mentioned that it's working while connected to the internet.

    In this case, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the DLC, Rockingalan. If you have enough mobile data to cater it that would be great.

    I appreciate you checking. The next time that you will play the game please set your console to offline.

    Settings > General > Network Settings > Go Offline.
