hello,

i purchased the game at the microsoft store 4 days ago. I tried 5 times to reinstall the game, but everytime the same problem!

At the Ubisoft-forum is a threat with more than 350 posts about this problem and still no solution. From the Publisher side is not even one comment...

i purchased a game for 70€ and cant play it, congrats.

Is ist possible to get a refund on it? I bought a game and cant use it!! At the purchasing history is no refund possibility shown.

Dude this needs to be fixed, I feel bad for uninstalling it, I wanted to beat ORigins first I have a 1tb hdd so I had to make space and deleted Odyssey, I can say I successfully downloaded it when it was on sale for the game and dlc for 30 bucks. But I
haven't tried reinstalling it now i feel upset if I wont be able to.

Come on XBox make this a priority for your next Xbox update.

your link does not work, at the end i got forwarded to xbox.com and there ist a failure, „we it moved“...

where can i find the refund at the xbox site?

If the refund form is not working and there is no option in your order history, you'll want to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Had kind of the same problem with my first game (AC Odyssee) but after a few times in and out it worked.
