AC Liberation HD Redeem code problems

I got a code for Assassins creed liberation HD and I put it in, it let me redeem the code and said I could find it in my ready to install folder, then it immediately kicked me out of my profile I signed back in and I still can't find it. Please help!

AC Liberation HD

I recently received Assassin's Creed The Americas Collection and entered the download code into my xbox 360 for Assassin's Creed Liberation HD. After entering the code and hitting the download option, the download never started and nothing is showing up
on my xbox 360 or profile. When I try to enter the code again to try to download the game it says it is already used, but the game never downloaded. Can anybody shed some light on this?

I have the season pass for AC IV. It's showing $26.95 for AC Liberations HD with the season pass. Is that right?

Unfortunately, Assassin's Creed Liberation HD is not a backward compatible title yet. That's why you won't be able to find it in your "ready to install" list. In order to play the game you'll need to play it on a Xbox 360 console.

I'm having this problem as well. GTA: San Andreas, AC: Liberation, Game of Thrones, etc... It's not Capcom related because DMC HD trilogy is showing up fine

and i checked the messages, i got nothing.

even if i did got it, the page of Ace Combat 6 Redeem code says:
