    AC/DC track pack not available even though I redeemed the code


    Hello, I have been told to take this to this forum regarding this issue, I can also see that I am not the only one facing this issue.

    I have an issue with the legacy DLC tracks for Rock Band 4, my AC/DC Track Pack that I have redeemed years ago seems to not be available on my account as it shows up as "Bundle only" indicating that I never exported the tracks in which I very much did. Not
    to mention the Snoop Dogg track pack which I purchased a couple of years ago seems to not be available for download as It's asking me to pay when I want to download them.

    Is there an issue going on? Will this be resolved? I really hope that the trackpacks which I paid for become available to me soon.

    AC/DC Track Pack and Your Rock Band 2 Bonus Tracks packs for Rock Band not registering as bought.

    I'm having issues with the AC/DC LIVE and RB2 bonus 20 song packs as well. Hoping to get a code from Mister Quimby for the AC/DC LIVE tracks next week, but that doesn't help with the RB2 bonus 20.

    AC/DC track export not available

    I talked to support and they said to post here about not having access to the AC/DC packs for Rock Band 4 on the Xbox One. I redeemed the code years ago for export of the tracks and I know I did as I can play them on Rock Band 3 for my 360. When I talked
    to support they said they did find my redemption of the code for the AC/DC Live track pack. Is there a solution yet with Harmonix on this, or is there still an issue with this?

    AC/DC track export not available

    I'm having the same issues. Can't get the 20 free songs that came with RB2, the AC/DC songs or The Doors Greatest Hits: Special Edition, even though other users can.

    I read in the Harmonix forums that there is actually a solution for the AC/DC songs where support here can send us a code that we can redeem to get those tracks.

    Would be great to at least get AC/DC working.

    I'm having trouble with

    Your Rock Band 2 Bonus Tracks which code was redeem 11/6/2008, and

    Roadrunners Records Pack 01 which was bought 08/12/2008.

    no AC/DC here though.
