AC Black Flag Game Files

The last time I played the game I was at 86% or so, today I logged in and my game profile is available but I am back to 0% completion. Ubisoft posted this:

Please note that we do not have access the game saves on the XBOX ONE, any save files on the system, or that are saved on the Cloud, we cannot access at all. I know it may seem like we are dragging you around, but I assure you, if we are able to reapply
your save data we would, but again, it is their system. We cannot access anything on there console.
The game itself, reads and writes the data. If the game cannot read the save data, that is located on the XBOX ONE, due to corruption, or any other reason that may have occurred than our game will not be able to locate the save data and load
it in game.

I deleted my XBoxOne profile cleared my persistent files and set my profile back up and cycled power as requested by support agent but it did not work.

Transfer Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag achievements and game scores from Xbox 360 to Xbox One

Hi.

I purchased a new Xbox One in bundles with AC Unity and AC Black Flag. I also own an Xbox 360 and AC Black Flag for 360, and I would like to know how to transfer all game scores and achievements from game version 360 to game version Xbox One - IF possible...
