AC:Black Flag crashes on start menu

Hello, I bought AC:black flag a couple years ago ran fine then but now every time I try to play it, it stay's stuck on the "Press Start" screen I have the physical copy of the game and tried deleting all the contents on my hard drive and usb key but the
only change is the menu asking to download the update. All help is appreciated THX.

(p.s) the online cd works fine.

Getting the same thing for hours now. Trying to start AC Unity or AC Black flag. Network Connection good and Multiplayer Connection good and signed into XBLive. WTF

 

XBOX ONE - Black Flag - code problem SVC60017

I have same problem, I just bought XOne with AC Unity and AC 4 Black Flag download codes, just finished downloading of AC Uniti with no problem (code worked on second try) but when I try to use second code for AC Black Flag it show me error SVC60017 and
please try later. Whats wrong?

 

Crashes? Do you mean the console locks up? What happens? Where exactly? When selecting what save slot? After pressing start? Before the game even boots up?

 

Well right when it says to press start after the ubisoft and abstergo logo I press start and the screen freezes about a second after and dosent respond/cant open xbox menu I tried waiting but it dosent seem to do anything. To be more descriptive when the
screen stops you see the AC:IV logo with the skull and the turquoise-ish background and that is before they ask me to chose a save device wich dosent appear because of the freeze.
