ac adapter xbox one

good morning

i have just a question for a problem with my xbox one
i had to buy a new ac adapter, but i this period of virus covid 19 , i found just a not original one. the console works properli but when i turn off the console the ac adapter goes in stand-by but after about 2 minutes the console does bip/ sounds intermittends
like the turn on sound. so I have to turn off the ac adapter. someone can explain to me if it can broke the console, or because it happens.

Hello!

It does sound like the AC adapter is having issues. When unplugging the power cord I find the orange light stays lite for a while before going out for the Xbox's that I've owned. If you have a friend that has an Xbox One you could see if you can borrow
it real quick to rule out the AC adapter.

Unsure if Xbox Support sends them out for free or not but if it is the AC adapter you can reach out to Xbox Support and check.

I tested both my new one and old one on a different Xbox and they work so its not the ac adapter

You could try Ebay or Amazon with the search for Ac adapter for Xbox one.
