Abusive messages and exploiting games

I've been a Xbox live memeber for over 6 years and still abusive little kids and being messeged abusive messages. I am sick to death of paying money for me to go online and have idiots who camp or glitch or exploit online gaming and for years you guys have
done nothing, your happy enough to take my money and let all this crap go on just so you don't lose customers and lose out on all the money you scam out of us, get your heads out of your back sides and do something about this and actually help and communicate
with your loyal customers and not little 15 years olds on a game they shouldn't be on anyways! I make severall complaints when I get abusive messages or people swearing in an online game and still you do nothing, I praised your company for year but now your
a joke, your online services are a joke and all your interested in is money money money, and how many years have I been loyal and money I put in and for what! NOTHING, I won't expect a reply none of you ever do!

Abusive messages

I got an email from Xbox to return. And report a specific gamer tag for abusive behavior on Xbox live.

I got a message from ELEVEN BRAVO GS.

It read " where did you go you *** c*nt" .

Now this guy was in the black Ops lobby spewing racist hate and going off. I was not on my mic nor did I respond to his message. I didn't engage him what so ever. I left his lobby after 5 matches because he was just freaking out.

Will you look into this. This should absolutely not be on Xbox.

Hey there please do not post users gamertags on the forums thanks.

If a user is using hate speech please report him / her using the in game report feature in the Xbox guide menu. Once you do that the enforcement team will be aware of the users account and determine if it's against the Xbox

TOU i understand hate speech can be annoying but Microsoft / Xbox can't lock everyone's accounts who use it only the ones who get many reports on the same cause.

 

No point ranting here Microsoft don't read the forums all you can do is block / report the gamertags and Microsoft do look into the reports and apparently there is a lot more punishments getting handed out

 

If you believe nothing is done the I suggest you have a read of the ban/suspension forums.

Not sure why you think 15 year olds shouldn't be playing certain games,age ratings on games give a warning as to the content in the game & the minimum age you must be to buy that game,not the minimum age you must be to play it.

 

i get plenty of feed back e-mails from xbox live thanking me for making xbox live a safer/better experience for all. the trick seems to be multi complaint formats just so you get the right one lol they can't act on a complaint of tampering if they jumping
out of map, that would be exploiting. using "god" or "invisibility" is system tampering ect. i will happily waste five minutes doing multi complaint formats for one hacker just because it isn't fair on the fairplayers.
