Abusive fake accounts

I'm sorry that this happened to your friend. Everybody deserves a fun and safe place to game so hopefully we can get him sorted out. To add onto what the other Xbox ambassador mentioned, make sure that your friend files a complaint on the offending player
and ensure that he fills out as much as possible and as accurately as possible so Xbox Enforcement has what they need in order to help.

Just keep reporting them and make sure you reply to all the Emails, it is frustrating but if you put the same effort this person is putting in you can stop it eventually....

if you keep reporting the accounts, he may get permanently banned. Unfortunately, that's the only way.

How meaningless does your life have to be to make fake accounts to harass people? I'm so sorry you've run into such an empty individual. Please be assured tools like this are the exception in the real world.Keep blocking and muting and whatever and getting
on with actually having fun on Xbox. Eventually these unhappy individuals have to move on and do something else.

The best advice I can give you on this would be to just report and block.
