    Abusive Customer Support?


    Has anyone else been calling into Xbox Support and gotten straight-up abusive CSR and Supervisors?

    My issue is with ESO, I pay for Xbox Live Gold and ESO Plus so I can play ESO. If you have ANY issues with ESO on Xbox and contact Bethesda [Publisher] They tell you they have nothing to do with the game and to reach out to the developers. 90% of the time
    Zenamax [The Devs] tell you to reach out to Xbox as they don't support Xbox issues.

    So for the third time, I have reached out to Xbox Support and I either get hung up on or passed to a supervisor who is abusive as heck.

    I asked if anything can be done for the fact that the game has been down on and off for a whole month, I don't really play any other games online so I paid for Xbox Live and ESO plus that didn't get touched. I got told to reach out to Bethesda after I explained
    that they are the publisher, not the developer I was told I was wrong and don't know what I am talking about. Until I brought up an article then he corrected himself, when I told him I reached out to both Developer and Publisher and both sent me to Xbox he
    said they won't be doing anything about it because it is a third party company. When I pointed out Microsoft Bought Bethesda and Zenamax last year for 7.5 Billion dollars he called me a liar again and that I was looking at some fake news site. When I pointed
    out that it was on news.microsoft.com he informed me I read it wrong and that he still would not be helping me.

    Is there a way to report some abusive as heck supervisors?

    Oh and Ray and James if you read this I hope next time you make a customer service call you get the exact same support you gave me.

    Being a customer service agent has got to be one of the worst jobs in the world. All day long all you deal with are unhappy people. sometimes very inconsiderate, They have all the rights I guess, They are customers, At the end of the day Customer must realize
    that service reps are their to help, Be nice on them, Trust me, I will go extra mile, speaking as a customer service rep from a different company..

    Wilko, if you mean a real person instead of a policy robot that gave me a $10 coupon code... then yes. i reaped. but im going to guess thats not what you meant. btw, this isnt the first time (or 2nd or 3rd at that) ive had to deal with this company's customer
    service for a fault not of my own.

    Assuming they aren't some recorded robot (I hate these the worst) then I always go the route WILKO said, polite, patient and remember that they are people just working for a company that doesn't even know they exist............and think of how many issues
    'they' have to deal with that are not even their doing, has to be a terrible job, no wonder this industry is outsourced so often, yuck! But depending on how far you have gone with the issue and if you are truly fed up, have at it, it is not the end of the
    world if they do drop you.
