    Abusive Billing


    Hello,

    I'm currently billed every month for 9,99€ by "CB MICROSOFT*ESSAI" every 4th of the month (my credit card end by 5742 and my name is Ken ALA). I'm already billed for the xbox live service that i use but i don't know why i have two bill ! I tried the Xbox
    Game Pass once in March but canceled it. I did not use this service since ! This must be a mistake from your service or maybe a missclick from me, but i did receive 3 bill of 9,99 and would like to receive a refund of 29,97 as soon as possible.

    I'm assuming that someone is being foul mouthed and abusive because they are an idiot. They'd be a foul mouthed and abusive idiot on any service.

    I think setting who can view your profile to friends only also disables 'join session in progress' for non friends too.

    Why can't we use Paypal Credit when buying games?

    My opinion is that maybe they're worried that some users may abuse this method by preforming "bill me later" then deleting their PayPal account.
