Abusive ban for "threats" and "harassment"

Hello, i just got 2 weeks of ban for harassment abuse and threats... The problem is that i already had a ban before, which was justified i recognize it. Nevertheless, I just sent one message to someone who was trolling my game along
with his 3 friends (I took a screenshot of it) , this message was: "retard" . Yes, i know, it's not very intelligent but seriously it was my third ranked game in a row ruined by some kids and i lost my patience, that's it. This person invited me in a party
where i saw that they were several as i said before, they insulted me and i quickly left the group whithout saying any word. So, i quickly got another 2 weeks of communication ban... OK, i understand it, i should'nt have assaulted this poor kid who was just
having fun. But one day later, i received another ban of 2 weeks which empeachs me from playing multiplayer! The reason is that i harrassed and threatened this guy.. lol I think it' s just because i took a report from each of his friends and that's why i would
like to have this ban retired or at least an explication of how i harassed this guy and how i threatened him if possible...

Got reported for no reason.

listen I got reported for no reason i got reported for harassment abusive and threats now i can’t do harass nobody or threaten nobody if I’m already banned because of communication so I want to know why I got banned for no reason if I was only playing

(still) Don't know why I'm banned

Was communication suspended for trash talking. 2 days after that, permanant ban for "harassment and threats". I didn't threaten anyone and couldn't have because of the ban. Now my account and gold subscription are gone without explanation. Anything I can
do?

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

For info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible you need to go to the enforcement site

There is no time limit on when you can be suspended for an offence so your 2nd suspension could be for something you did several weeks ago or even longer.

Hello i was banned for hassment abuse & threatening. but i did not i have a communication banned. so how could i harass someone when i dont have the feature to message people. this report happened 3 days after my communication banned. i wasnt online until
3 hours after i got notified for harassment abuse. plus theres no evidence of me abusing or threatening anyone. xbox enforcement team please review my case again

the same happened to me, i was comm banned and then a week later i was banned for harassment, abuse and threats makes no sense

I have been online banned on my account and it started 7/2/17 and I was wondering how I got banned for harassment abuse and threats . To be clear I'm chat banned which means I cannot talk or message anyone the harassment was false ,abuse and threats were
also false, I never cheated in a game myself if I have ever did please send a message back on when and on what game . If it is possible can my account be unbanned or do I have to wait it out until it ends

Nope it's a communication ban as when I log in is say it. The main reason I'm annoyed is because there isn't a actual reason apart from Harassment/Abuse/Threats witch I have done none of.
