Abuse of bans

Hello recently my account was suspended after a match I played in FIFA with another player who proceeded to message me so I responded with a very colourful remark that I won't say because most of you have got a pretty good idea and after I messaged him my
account was suspended. The point I am trying to make isn't that I want my ban overturned, I am well aware of what I said even though the comment carried absolutely no weight in terms of the realms of normal conversation, the point I am trying to make is that
the use of these bans is being completely abused, we all know how volatile the gaming community can be and that will never change and a good deal of us know that when we receive a message that isn't favourable we respond, sometimes angrily or perhaps some
colourful whit but most of us just take them in our stride no but because we accept them but because we tolerate them. Don't get me wrong I am not saying we should get rid of bans if a message is truly malicious and can be confirmed then by all means ban the
guilty party but do not abuse it otherwise you might as well ban everyone and we don't want that. I know this probably sound too sanctimonious but I just wanted to that point across.

Admin/Ban Abuse

all my accounts that are on my Xbox have multiplayer ban and communications ban there's is abuse going on here and I demand that it be fixed. Bill Gates don't like little sissy girls who cry about everything so chop chop. I'm angry and so right to be my
account has no current enforcement action against it so yeah. I don't play these dumb games with Microsoft I've read the policy and I have done nothing wrong so scrub up and fix my account now. No discussion I will be rude about it because it's whomever is
irresponsible.

 

Reporting abusive players.

Again depends on how severe. If it is serious enough then they issue a perma-ban. Even if you keep giving low level abuse - they will eventually perma-ban the account due to repeated abuse over and over.

You don't retailiate at all

You aren't allowed to.retailiate in anyway that violates the terms of use and no it doesn't matter who starts the fight

You would think that common sense would take over by now

Any police officer or school teacher can tell you that

It doesn't matter what he said

Your own actions are your responsibility

Noone else's

 

You clearly didn't understand what I was getting at I know all about the Xbox terms of use my point was that everyone knows how useless they are and so why pervert them just for your own peevish needs. I am also well aware that I am responsible for my own
actions and I am not taking back what I said which got me banned in the first place, I had hoped that this post could be viewed in a broad spectrum not black and white.
