Abuse (crime) reporting needs attention and upgrades.

I haven't been able to easily report an attempted porn-cam solicitation (Honeypot scam).

When I called Microsoft, the only option I was given to report a serious community and Microsoft community standards violation (using Xbox live text chat to solicit **** membership), was to use the xbox console to report the person for offensive voice chat.

I was quite concerned when I found no response or way to verify Xbox enforcement received my input. No, "we got it". There was nothing.

Additionally, I would appreciate options on any Microsoft platform to capture and report cyber crime or violations of community standards.

The only place that you may get to see is via HTTPS://enforcement.xbox.com Nobody in support or on the forums can access this information.

These are the official Xbox forums from Microsoft yes, but that Reddit page is also run by staff from Microsoft. They are set up differently though. That Reddit page is set up specifically for feedback so it goes to the right place. These forums are not.

Social media pages of Xbox does advertise the Ambassador program now and again. Thats how i joined the program.

You should be reporting each questionable message you receive via the console, and make sure you explain the issue with each one.

I like this Idea. It's in the lane, but often Friends change their screennames to remove themselves from targeted bullying and scams.
