Abuse ban case review

my account gamer tag is dmckinley99 and I have recently obtained a ban for abuse harassment and threats but prior to getting this ban I had already been given a communication ban 2 days before so I don't not understand how I could of possibly gotten a ban
for harassment abuse or thretening when I cannon communicate because I am in a communication ban I would like it if you reviewed my case as I have talked to 2 Xbox support staff and they have both said that my points are valid

I hope to hear back from you soon and hope I am successful in getting this ban lifted

Voice ban then 2 days later multiplayer ban

Hello Support,

i recived a voice communication ban on the 13.06.2017 and 44 hours later a Multiplayer ban for harassment, abuse and threats. I cannot apply for a review on this two cases on the enforcemt site. The hottline Support couldn´t help me neither. As fare as
i read it out of the FAQ you could not get banned twice for the same "misconduct" and if that was not the case how should i be able to harras, abuse or threaten another player without communication rights after i recived the ban?. Could you help me with that
case or give me a contact adress to the enforcment team?

XBOX ENFORCEMENT PLZ DON'T DO THIS.

how is this Ok? How can they give me another ban threw a case review message? This seems really extreme considering no one actually gets offended they just like to report people to abuse the system to get everyone ban.

the same happened to me, i was comm banned and then a week later i was banned for harassment, abuse and threats makes no sense

I believe you posted a comment on a different post. Is this ban related to your LFG post you made? If so, be careful of how many you post because it can be consider as spam and they will com ban you for it. Also, if you are eligible for a case review
let they know why you made the posts and just plead your case in a respectful way.
