ABSURD PROBLEM WITH FIFA 18 DEMO

I installed the demo of fifa 18 but i can't use it because of a strange problem...if i click on the game to play it, a message shows up saying that I have to BUY the game (a demo..). I already tried to reinstall the demo but the problem/bug remains the same.

have any idea?

So when I try to download fifa 18 demo or nba 18 demo this message appears, and I don´t know how to fix it , please help me and fix this problem.

There is a service alert regarding the fifa 18 demo, but I found something that might help out. First of all, delete the demo. After that, you will need to perform a factory reset keeping games and apps from settings>system>console info > reset console.
Before you do that, make sure you know your e-mail and password, because the accounts will be removed in the process. After the factory reset has been completed, sign back in, reinstall the demo and it should work. All the best.
