Absolutely worst console and videogame company on the face of planet!

Hi,

I am absolutely pissed off with just how bad XBOX as brand is from a consumer stand point. I have had so many issues with this company it's not even funny. I can't gift games to a friend or family member (who I share an XBOX ONE with)
as the code always states that the purchase has been made in a different region, I can't download my digital copy of Gears 4 on to my PC as there is always an error when trying to complete the actual download itself, I was given a free copy of Halo Reach when
Back Compat launched, which was soon revoked from my account, I purchased Dream Fall: The Longest Journey on XBOX 360 which was revoked from my account due to the game no longer being available on the store and now I am expected to re-purchase SSX which is
available via Backwards Compatibility which is a game I had already purchased digitally through my XBOX 360!

Microsoft does an amazing job of treating the loyal XBOX customers like second class citizens as they pursue this
pipedream of dominating the PC gaming space. Microsoft makes their XBOX customers pay to play games online whereas PC players can play XBOX Live games for no charge other than the initial purchase of the game itself.

XBOX are always at the ready to assist anyone who has been on TV at the detriment of actually helping their regular customers. XBOX cares more about what a former WWE Superstar says about them on his YouTube channel than what their actual
customers say about them. For example I tweet to Larry Herb asking when the classic Halo titles will hit Back Compat, now don't get me wrong, I know that Larry Herb doesn't have to respond to me and he doesn't owe me a thing, I'm also aware that I'm of no
particular importance, but a reply would have been nice. Stevie Richards who is a former WWE Superstar mentions on a video that he is jumping from PlayStation to XBOX, and that corporate stooge/yes man Larry Herb jumps straight on it, and offers Stevie Richards
all the help he can give.

To top all of this off I can't even log a complaint with the XBOX division of Microsoft properly as a customer assistant for XBOX first tried to direct me to the EA customer service team for an issue being caused through XBOX services. The customer assistant
then supplied me with a link that took me to XBOX Ideas!

I am currently transitioning from XBOX to PC and now for good reason. What an absolute joke of a console and games division.

This is about the worst videogame idea I have ever heard. Like it's not bad enough that race is still an extremely sensitive issue around the freaking PLANET, you want a videogame of racial killings? Really? Featuring the KKK? REALLY?

MW2 created the worst gaming community on the face of the planet, it helped bring in the modders and the hackers, the morons and the underage muppets and alround made Xbox LIVE a worse place to be ever since. There is a huge difference between the console
COD community and the PC one however....I prefer the PC one

You do realize that if you use Windows at some point the XBOX and Windows gaming platforms will be one (its sort of already started)? While I have my own frustrations with the process just try and be a Sony customer. They are TRULY anti-consumer. I have
all consoles and a killer gaming PC and by far the most anti-consumer company of them all has been Sony and they've had that crown for longer than 10 years. And PC gaming isn't really the same as console gaming so comparing online connectivity costs for multiplayer
is rather moot. The real problems aren't specifically Microsoft's fault, its this digital only trend we're stuck in. Backwards compatibility is brilliant and is lightyears ahead of what Sony and Nintendo have but it isn't perfect. and as an XBOX fan I can
conceed that. It still is better than the alternative.

So I hope you find what your looking for joining the PC master race, because I didn't even having been a member of that for almost 30 years. I have a pretty awesome gaming rig but I play my XBOX One more than anything else. Just know that you'll also
have to deal with the Steam nightmare and that alone kills it for me. Steam = ****.
