Absolutely Unacceptable!!!

    Absolutely Unacceptable!!!


    This sign in issue is absolutely unacceptable. I'm seriously considering selling this console and sticking to ps4. Here's a list of all the stupid problems I'm having...

    1.) can't sign in and therefore can't play any multiplier, uh... Long awaited arrival of Titan fall... Can't even play. UNNACCEPTABLE!

    2.) I can't install a game without having to disconnect my network first, then after the install having to re-establish my network connection including entering password every time. UNNACCEPTABLE!

    THESE ARE PROBLEMS THAT WILL CAUSE YOU TO LOSE CUSTOMERS. GET IT RIGHT! AND DON'T TELL PEOPLE 30 MINUTES THE PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED AND HERE IT IS HOURS LATER AND NO FIX! DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN WORKING THERE OR WHAT?

  3. The SERIOUS issue of removing zero achievement games from profile.

    That answer is absolutely unacceptable. Many people have done that with this issue and got no where except given a run around. This needs to be put in the face of many until this issue is fixed

    I completely appreciate your frustration. Please see the
    'Service Alert Page'
    for updates on any problems regarding connecting to Xbox LIVE on Xbox One. The page is updated on a 30 minute frequency. This means that the team will correspond there with updates
    regarding the issue at hand, it doesn't mean that the issue will be fixed in 30 minutes. Once the problem subsides, you should be able to continue without issue. If you have feedback to provide then the correct forum section to do that is the
    'Feedback Forums'.

    You can play in offline mode...... Disconnect your Ethernet cord or disconnect from your wireless and the system will let you sign in. You will be able to play most games (Sp only). This is the only way to sign into your profile at this time. I understand
    that this is not a ideal situation, but it works until they fix the log-in issues.

    Absolutely Unacceptable!!!

    I agree and when it says "We'll update in 30 minutes" it just says the same thing wrote differently complete BS I have to say I bought TitanFall at 12:00 today... its 8:30PM now with no change. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

    still can't sign in with my profile since 3:30 eastern time. I have been with xbox since the original xbox and this happened while I was using the 360 years ago for a day or 2 xbox live went down. the error that you see is there server being down. wired,
    not wired, wifi, hard line those of us that are stuck on the outside looking in or still stuck. the real issue is once you loose internet you xbox becomes useless. well you can still watch tv through it but that is about it. I am totally disappointed and really
    aggravated over this. no internet no fun. so in this case I have internet and yet still not be able to get on xbox live. pretty sad.

    Glad I just got off work and dropped 750 on xbox one and games to come home and be stuck with this rubbish. Friends said I was stupid to stick with xbox, hate to tell them they were right.
