    ABSOLUTELY shocking decision to end Rewards scheme - questions not answered last time!!


    I am opening exactly the same post as last time!!! as you have completely ignored what I said!! You have not answered any of my questions and given me the same rubbish response, when I check again this morning, shocker, nothing in the vault has been restocked.

    I tried to email your feedback email address you gave me yesterday and got a bounce back email stating that my message could not be delivered because the remote server is misconfigured!! I then try to let you know all this and I find you have locked my last
    post as you clearly think the last automated and scripted standard response you give everyone was sufficient. WRONG, answer my questions and get an email address that works!! I am beyond dissapointed in the way that I am being treated now!!

    MICROSOFT, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PLEASE!!!

    BELOW IS WHAT I ASKED

    Is there any reason as to why this is ending? Apart from being the worst decision ever after only launching it a matter of months ago, would be nice to be told why this is being stopped.

    I have gone out and bought gold, games pass subscriptions and all sorts to get the "keep your gold live for 12 months" missions and the same with games pass. What will happen to this now as I am going to be lucky to even get the 6 month one by the June
    cut off, even thought I have my gold subscription live until Jan 2019 now.

    Please take my feedback on board, this is an absolutely shocking decision to be making and I for one will be spending less than I have been now on the store as the other scheme with the points is shocking!

    And please can you restock the vault so we can get something decent before it all ends,, I don't want the standard response everyone has been getting about "Check back regularly as we are always restocking the vault", because you are NOT!.

    From a very disgruntled and annoyed loyal Xbox fan for the past 10 years!!

    I can't answer that question but let me recommend you the Microsoft Rewards program !

    I can't really remember the last time spending money for gold or game pass ultimate !

    yes you can swap teams now.

    at the end of every match the lobby will automatically switch you from ghost to bodark and vice versa - was part of the last update released at the end of last week.
