I keep getting fobbed off by support

My Campaign progress on Halo CE was deleted for no reason

I need this save file restoring

NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE AND SUPPORT JUST FOBS ME OFF WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?!

This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

The same exact thing happened to me and they provide no means to contact an actual person. I'm just supposed to rely on the opinion of a faceless and voiceless individual. I have a feeling that no one is behind the Enforcement team and its simply an inadequate
program that cant be questioned by users. Microsoft has been on a roll lately with all their crappy services (Windows 10, Windows phones, Xbox live, the Kinect). I think they really want to push everyone towards PlayStation, Apple, and Samsung. Im getting
fed up with all the nonsense.

Not to mention that after the suspension was supposed to be lifted no one has been able to hear me. So not only is the system in place complete garbage, but its ineffective.

They just suspended two days ago on Saturday....like I said Daft it was a full week of me having my voice and BAM suspended again.

Sadly, I don't think there is a way to restore a deleted file.

I don't think there is a way to restore files. In the future you could save your data on the cloud so everything saves automatically and is easily restored.

Yes,i understand that but you were probably suspended again for something that happened a while back,not the full week you were back after your first suspension.

When someone files a report it can take months sometimes before any action is taken as all reports are investigated & due to the volume of reports they receive it does take time.

Your 2nd suspension could be for something as far back as June or may.

You do realise the majority of ban/suspensions aren't instant?

You've probably been suspended again for something that happened a while ago.

The rules on PSN are similar to those on xbox live so don't think you'll get away with the same stuff there.
