Absolutely horrendous miscarriage of justice. Please review.

Okay, so I just found out I got a communications suspension lasting little over 24 hours. Fine. But there are two problems with this.

1 - There is no "Apply for review" button on my main enforcement history. Looked everywhere, cant find it on any page.

2 - Why is it okay for children to annoy the heck out of us mature gamers and just ride off laughing when they have broken a more serious rule (Impersonation by pretending to be 18 and the "Trolling" rule in the Code of Conduct). Now the gamertag of the
person has gone, I didn't want it associated with my account, but if you have the guy who submitted the report, he is underage. Nobody who is truly 18+ could behave so immaturely like this kid even if they tried to.

Where is the justice there? A child on a Call Of Duty game, being highly irritating and getting away with reporting people? And where is the Review button on the main enforcement page?

While the gameplay looks stellar, I was going to get this game(barring absolutely horrendous reviews or gameplay) because of the story anyway. looks beautiful though.

The enforcement team will not review a suspension that lasts 24 hours. It takes longer than the suspension for them to review it.

If you run across someone violating the code of conduct, it's best for you to report them instead of responding. There are people who do that on purpose because they know they can get you to respond.

Thanks for answering! It would probably be a little late for review now, the suspension is over in 2 hours after 28 hours active.

I would like to ask, will there ever be a crackdown with obviously underage players using mature games? Its a little unfair how the system works ATM as somebody who is too young to buy the game themselves has more rights than a genuine, mature customer. One
suggestion I have is, if there is evidence of it, underage players should be temporarily, but fully suspended from xbl for lying about their age.

The rating system is in place to keep kids from buying the games in stores. As long as they have their parents' permission to play, there's nothing that can actually stop them from playing.

Thanks for the reply but I can submit a case review, did one and it got upheld. Received with that review a bit more information on what I had supposed to have done so am able to now prove that I didn't do what I am accused/convicted of. The problem is it
won't let me submit a review. I have contacted customer service 4 times (I know they cant change anything) with the hope they will actually be able to put me in touch with someone who can help, but it would seem the Enforcement Team sit behind some sort of
protected shield away from everything.

Submitted an EU Online Resolution Report only for Microsoft Customer Services to contact me telling me they can deal with it, seems going through official channels doesn't even work. I NEED SOME HELP, I need to speak to someone that can fix this miscarriage
of justice, Microsoft justice that is.

I really don't want to go down the route of the Courts and hiring Solicitors due to the cost, here's the biggest issue you get told to use the forum to contact Enforcement Team by the customer service reps.

ANY HELP would be very much appreciated by any community members...
