    I have bought XBOX One S couple of days ago. I was thinking of spending time on new year playing games and chilling but instead I got defective product! It is my very first game console and I can not say that it was good experience.

    Its fan is making strange noise out of box and it is absolutely annoying and not normal.

    Why should I buy defective console and then waste my time searching internet about this problem and then waste my time on the line for customer service life chat and then spend my time chating with your operator? And then
    going and spending money on box and packaging stuff to send it to Microsoft for repair? The time which I could have worked or played game on brand new console! And furthermore because it is new year coming I have to wait like 4 weeks for my console.

    Really Microsoft? Does it sound like quality to you?

    We just got the 1tb Xbox one s for our son for xmas and straight out of the box we have had nothing but problems. He puts in a game and can not play until updates are done; however we have been updating since we turned it on over 24 hours ago. He is now
    frustrated and we are extremely disappointed to have spent over $500 on the system and games which he has not gotten to play. Seriously, brand new game and the system has to update it before it can play? It is sucking up all of our data and when he tried to
    play offline the game will not play. Worst xmas gift ever!

    I know people in their 20's, 30's and even their 40's who are even more immature than the kids and teens. It's rather funny to me and even kind of sad when I hear a 45 year old man arguing with and flaming an 11 year old.

    If you just bought it, why not just take it back to the retailer you bought it from for an exchange? That's the first thing you should do any time you buy something that is broken right off the bat.

    I took it to them they did not have the same model and because of this they could not change it. Since I bought it on Black Friday and it was online offer from local shop in Germany the price was reduced and if I will return it back to local
    store I have to pay extra money to get another Xbox because of their stupid policy about online orders. So the only solution was to send it to Microsoft. The thing is there really lots of people on the forums at reddit and other sites who are complaining about
    this kind of problem. How hard is it to check your products after such amount of complaints?
